I think this kid needs new managers and a new promoter. Sticking him on cards in Mexico is bad for boxing. He needs an HBO or Showtime contract ASAP!

He knows hes raising his stock with everyfight, the promoters arent going anywhere or neither are the networks, hes just raising the price for them everytime hes succesful. I dont see him possibly losing soon, so he shouldnt worry about signing a deal like theres no tomorrow, just hold out till hes happy with what theyre offering.Comment

Every fight he wastes is another fight of his prime down the toilet. He does not need any more developing, he does not need seasoning, he does not need anything, he is ready for the big time RIGHT NOW!
All they are doing is wasting his prime, and limiting his earnings. If they want him to fight smaller fights, fine, but do it on ppv undercards or espn, or shobox or boxing after dark.
He does not need to be fighting in obscurity in Mexico. He needs to be broadcast world wide to a mainstream audience.
If he is not getting offered what he wants, he needs a new manager, and a new promoter because everyone worth anything in boxing knows he is the future. They are managing him like he is an old champion fighting on past his prime.Comment
