    I give credit where it is due...Moochie and I have had our differences over the years but...he did beat Mayweather Sr. twice...unbeaten Jose Baret, Kevin Howard, Lupe Aquino, and he beat Simon Brown and Honeyghan...and also beat Breland when Breland was thought to be an unbeatable phenom.

      i feel that marlon starling was a underrated fighter a very good one who would have tested miguel cotto like nobodies business! I no you will all say it is crazy but starling was a really really tough hombre who could box and punch too. he beat the best in his era and fought really really close with the great ones he lost to. think about it.

        I read the other day where someone was saying how much better Cotto etc are than the crop from the 80's. Man, I know many will INSTINCTIVELY disagree but Marlon Starling was a HANDFUL for anyone and if they matched up it wouldn't surprise me in any way shape or form if Marlon Starling beat Miguel Cotto. Not at all
