When I mean clearly, I mean like either a 9-3 decision or up. Or by KO. 175 and up.

It dont make Hopkins great because he does'nt engauge his oponents it just means he can make u look bad & drop a decision in the hope he has made the other guy look bad enough to steal a victory or make an arguemnt that he should have won the fight
