How can you not mention Chagaev, Povetkin and Vauev?....All 3 of those guys are key players in the division and Top 5 material..Like you said, Sultan Ibragimov is still a top player too, he needs to get rid of Jeff Mayweather though, he's become way too defensive.
I think with the skill; ability; and talent haye has shown in the past will translate to heavyweight.

he doesnt start out in the top but he will get there...a top 5 at the very least i believe. he'll be quicker than most heavyweights too...(based on his size)...he'll be the smaller guy (in terms of weight) but it'll be beneifical in terms of ability and ring generalship.

chagaev, povetkin, and vauev and top 5 fighters BUT right now they arent playing a major role...the biggest talks in heavyweight right now (besides the arguements of why tyson and holyfield shouldnt fight each other) are who should wlad fight next and those looking to see where haye is going in the division right now.

i say wlad v. peter first; put haye against a top 5 heavyweight and then put the winner of wlad v. peter against the winner of haye v. his opponent.

thats the biggest scenario at heavyweight right now...peter; wlad; haye; and rightfully so.

im not saying the others dont matter overall but currently all eyes are on those 3 guys.

and for everyone who criticized peter being a legit top 5 fighter need to get there story straight...

peter hasnt looked impressive at times in the ring but in his last fight he impressed me; especially for looking out of shape and doing what he did.

and using pretty good head movement at that...

peter is a legit fighter but in the end i believe all roads will lead to haye v. wlad.

Peter looked somewhat impressive beating a 39 year old, shot fighter with chronic back problems coming off a 15 month layoff in Maskaev.

If you think Wlad, Peter and Haye are the only heavyweights that matter you're dead wrong.....Maybe Americans like you feel that way, but if you come to Eastern Europe fighters like Chagaev, Povetkin, Valuev and Ibragimov are important players in the division....The division is alive and well in Eastern Europe....I am an Eastern European and the fights I wanna see are Wlad vs Chagaev, Valuev or Povetkin........Wlad vs Peter II would be nice to unify, but Wlad already schooled Peter and beat his ass......As for Haye, like I said he's a nobody right now...If he proves himself I will take him seriously.

                      2Peter
                      3Chagaev
4Povetkin lets not forget him the guy won the mandatory shot fare and square eventhough hes not ready for Klitschko
5Valuev which shows what a weak division it is now, I got him at 5 because of the impressive win over Liakhovich
