You'd probably agree that not enough of the best fighting the best matches happen anymore, well heres a chance - make it happen and **** respect and waiting in line. I don't wanna see fighters acting like wlad - boring fighter and even more boring person
Sorry, but I expect to see a bit of professionalism from professional sportsmen. Hyping the fight at a press conference is different, it's entirely the purpose of a press conference.

From my point of view, Haye came across as an arrogant moron in that video. You could clearly see that Wlad just wanted to attend the charity event, it wasn't the time nor the place for Haye to run his mouth in that fashion.

As for calling Wlad a boring fighter, if you can't appreciate his skill and technical ability then I suggest you go watch MMA because you're obviously not a fan of boxing.

Haye came across a little jumpy here and I think Wlad played it correctly and actually made Haye appear desperate...

I see a lot of Hatton stans commending Haye for what he is doing, YET when Witter does this to Hatton he's out of order AND needs to get on with his career....

The whole of England is behind him.

He is right to call out Klitschko.

Apart from Klitschko, the Heavyweight division is a disgrace and it needs Haye.

Oh hell no man, he punked Wlad big time!!! Wlad wants no part of Haye. What kind of champion is Wlad? Imagine if Haye would had confronted Tyson, Lewis, Ali, Frazier, or Forman like that in their primes. They definitely wouldn't have let him won the psychological edge over them. Haye is doing to Wlad what Clay did to Liston, and no one thought Clay could win. Before you write off Haye, take a look back in history and realize anything is possible in this sport.

Just because Wlad didn't engage in the argument it doesn't make him any less of a champion. Wlad has got mandatories coming up, what you expect him to say? **** the mandatories and lets get it on?

Wladimir tried to keep it friendly and Haye just threw it back in his face with a ridiculous outburst.

To call fighters like Thompson and Povetkin bums is totally out of order in my opinion and shows a complete lack of respect for guys who have worked their way to the top and earned their shot.
Sure, Klitschko-Thompson is hardly Ali-Frazier but still he's earned his chance where as Haye is trying to leapfrog his way to the front of the pack with a bullish, brash attitude and no HW wins of merit to back it up with.

I feel pretty disgusted after watching that to be honest, Wlad acted like a gentleman and I hope that if they ever do meet in the ring, he smashes Haye to pieces (which I actually think would happen anyway).
Good post, some good points there.

I wouldnt say i was disgusted with Haye but it wasnt his finest hour.
Wlad was as professional as you would expect him to be.

I dont see Haye getting a shot till late 2009 at the very earliest. I think he will opt for Peter before Haye, Thompson and Povetkin have put the work in at this weight and deserve their shots.

Haye should aim for a top 10 heavyweight then maybe aiming for Peter, if he got past him that would force Wlads hand a touch.

Haye wins round 1, and Honestly this could be the most important round for him to win, I dont think Klitschko was expecting that from him and Klitschko to me looked very un comfortable being put on the spot.
I am not saying David would beat Klitschko but he did get into Klitschkos head a bit. However I get the feeling that Haye would land that bomb on Klitschko and Klitschkos chin would suddenly appear to be a brick wall.
Ahh **** it make the fight happen so far its got me buzzed.

What was Wlad mean't to do.

That was awkward as **** lol.

I thought he coped well. I also thought Haye was witty and eloquent and funny.

                    Solid entertainment all round.

love this **** off Haye. The heavies needs this sooooo much. So many people ***** about about how boring and **** this division, then Haye comes in and ****es things up a bit.

Regardless of how well you think he will or wont do in this division, surely this is a refreshing tonic, and the most exciting publicity this now boring division has had since the days of the mad and bad Tyson.

Look how many replies this topic has had, that in itself is a testament to this being good for the sport, and more importantly us, the fans.

Haye knows full well he won't get Wlad just yet, but at least he is increasing his stock. if you can;t see that, then you need to open your eyes.
