They didnt want to know because Joe, who was practically unknown throughout most of his title reign, thought he was entitled to parity of pay and choice of venue, i remember after one of JC numerouse forgettable defences calling for Jones to come to Cardiff! It dont happen son. Roy has losses now but will always have more respect and a far superior standing in this sport, former middle, super middle, light heavy, heavyweight champion....
