Concepcion is doesnt belong to the same stable as Boom Boom. Yes he needs to improve his defense though and once he does does he's ready for the world title.

imo he should fight vasquez marquez or de leon
molitor is a good champ but he is pretty much unkown and he always fights at canada with localist judges too much risk for a fighter that already has some losses and one more would delay his career a lot

i would say it's to soon for a shot at the belt but he wouldn't be fighting the real champ. Steve moilter isn't isral vasquez and isn't a big puncher. Coccepion may be in for the fight of his life but i think he has enough to handle this guy. He may only be twenty but he's had almost as many fights as moilter as a pro. His level of comp might not be as good but thats why they fight the fights.
