All you Americans do is make excuses when Joe Calzaghe wins. Roys not his former self, blah blah blah. Then what American should Calzaghe fight without you Americans hating on him...
I think Calzaghe has made that rod for his own back by not fighting Hopkins/Jones when in their prime, they were the men while Calzaghe really didnt have any leverage in negotiations, he should of swallowed the much smaller choice of purse and venue and packed his bags, instead he has waited till he is better known meanwhile the two best fighters in or around his weight have become old and beaten. So of course he should get no credit, he has just looked less than stellar against a 43 year old man for **** sake

I think Roy Jones will beat Calzaghe. He's too big and strong.

[QUOTE=ree****yaluss;3414491]i made a highlight video of what his hands are still capable of doing... it doesnt matter who hes fighting... this is what roys body is still capable of outputting

i put all his jabs first.. then all his right hands... then all his left hooks... then his defense... and the last 5mins is ALL his combos....

Good vid son thanks but that was just glorified sparring for Roy, JC will be a different kettle of fish entirely

Joe missed his chance....he'll never amiunt to anythig in the history books because even if he beats a 39 year old Roy......who ****ing cares???...

He lost to Hopkins who was 43 and put Calz on his ass.

              Joe Calzage is a fraud.
I'll tell you what, the age is excuse is getting ridiculous. A lot of the top guys, at the top of LHW, are post 30. All of them are ageing, some better than others, some with styles that suite a late age like Hopkins.

Hopkins best wins came post 40 because his intelligence, defence and countering have been supreme since then, this was his best shot at Calzaghe, he lost. He's been a top P4P for years, ahead of Calzaghe aswell, so how is he suddenly too old within weeks of him losing, yet he was great at that age for prior fights, bit convenient.

RJJ is 39 and did well against Trinidad, Calzaghe is 36 lets not forget, not much difference, and he manages to keep winning with brittle hands.

                You're all ****ing ******.
Nobody can beat Calzaghe at the moment, certainly not Roy Jones. I suggest you take you heads out of Roy's ass, he was far from impressive against Tito and is just looking for a pay-day with Calzaghe.

Don't get be wrong Roy is a legend, but I'm afraid to say he should have retired from the sport a long time ago. Calzaghe will get no credit for winning this fight.

Pavlik is the fight everybody really wants. **** Roy Jones, he's over the hill.

Actually, when i saw Roy Jones fight in january this year,I realised he has a good chance of beating calzaghe. I am a fan of calzaghe to be honest, but jones is back on track again, and could whoop Joe

Hopkins is the exception, not the rule.
