Okay we have had enough threads about this fight but this thread is the one that I will keep bumping until they eventually fight. Lets say they fight in 2009...Who do you think will win the fight? You can root for Cotto or Floyd but THAT is not the question...The question is plain and simple.

as great as miguel cotto is floyd mayweather will destroy him he's too fast,smart and plus he has that great defense..the guy is a winner like him or not

Not necessarily mate... styles make fights, and Cotto's style is more of a brawler trying to KO all of his opponents and Mayweather is more of a Boxer who tries to outbox and outpoint opponents more.

Plus Mayweather probably would have KO'd Judah if it wasn't for the low blow... I understand what you are saying about the KO thing but just because it was a KO doesn't make it a better performance, Mayweather is more of a Boxer and Cotto is more of a brawler (and respectively there both good at it).

I picked Mayweather, I don't think he would KO Cotto but I think he would outbox him to a decision.

Cotto vs Mayweather will be a great fight. No one will dominate. Where you guys get Mayweather dominating every fighter in the world is beyond me. Winning a decision does not = domination.
