tito would be fighting someone as big as him, i don't think trinidad would exchange punchs up close, he'd step out and to the side while hiting Margarito plenty, but trinidad would drop and get up, he'd probably win a decision or be stopped like Hopkins where he couldnt' hurt his opponet, but more likey win a razor thin decision, if Marg beat Cotto then, i may have a differnt opinion on the out come, or if Cotto beats Marg or ko's him, then surely Trinidad would do so. But the Cotto fight should tell us a lot about both Marg and Cotto

I actually voted for Trinidad by decision, not KO/TKO like most did.

Not a bad post there Ferocity, I actually agree with you.

Trinidads boxing skills are hugely under rated, he used to be great at stepping back and just hit his opponets with precision. I few weeks ago i seen one of his fight which i hadn't seen him in his prim in a long time and who what great technique, not that i took that for granted but man he was well schooled by his dad.

Margs chin,power(strength) and will, has him hanging with Trinidad but Trinidad was a great punching machine at his best. King imo, held Trinidad back just so he can fight Delahoya, if you remember he was too face Terry Norris. But Norris then signed with Arum i belive.

Talking about Norris too bad Norris v. Vasquez never happened that fight would have been great. And there were always talks of Norris to fight middleweight but never did.

I think Tito wins a Ud, maybe gets dropped along the way. And snaps Margarito's head back more than a few times along the way. I will also reasses after the Cotto fight though.

Off topic but Norris was the only fight that Trinidad Sr. wasn't sure his son could win.
