“Mini-Tyson” Selcuk Aydin beat South African Lucky Lewele in his hometown Trabzon by unanimous decision to win the vacant WBC international welterweight championship. Aydin dominated the fight most of the time but former title holder Lewele kept on fighting back and always stayed dangerous. In the end the judges scored the bout 119:109, 118:109 and 118:110 in favour of “the Thunderstorm from the Black Sea”. [details]
