Froch To Face Berrio, Inkin Pulls Out?

According to The Times, there are rumors circulating around the UK that Carl Froch is trying to line up another opponent for his WBC super middleweight eliminator on May 10 because Denis Inkin has pulled out for the second time with an injury. The fight was previously scheduled on March 29 and Inkin pulled out claiming an acute infection. [details]

Froch vs. Berrio will likely be a very entertaining fight! Two dangerous punchers - this one won't go the distance.

What the hell is Inkin up to?

No disrespect to Berrio, but he's coming off a loss to Bute. How does he get the chance to fight in a title eliminator?

No matter who Froch is facing on the night, it isn't going past 6 rounds. Let's hope his next opponent (possibly for the vacant WBC title) is a big step in class. A world class opponent is needed to see where Froch really stands.

        I'm praying it's Taylor.

Froch-vs-Berrio will probably be more entertaining than Froch-vs-Inkin. Will this fight count as the eliminator?

Berrio is the former IBF champ. He has the courage to step in to replace Inkin on fairly short notice, so he deserves the opportunity IMO.

Who cares about Inkin now, if this is still an eliminator all the better. I can't believe he has pulled out again though what an arse, but on the brightside it will probably be a much better fight, he comes to fight and has BIG power.

If they postpone the fight 2 weeks i would expect Mikkel Kessler to be ready, but will Froch be ready for him?
