A lot of people won't get over this for a while cuz it sucks for a great champion to lose his crown without gettin whipped clearly. In a close fight a lot of people give the champ the benefit of the doubt. I think Joe C by Sd was fair but I won't argue wit people who side wit B-Hop by a close margin. They just can't say he won clearly cuz he didn't dominate Joe either, just like those 2 Taylor fights.Comment

lmao, the only reason hopkins was given a chance to make it look like a close fight was cos he got away with ****ing MURDER in there and he took a 5 minute break to recover from an accidental tap on the balls. Shut the **** up thread starter.Comment

What I disagree with is Atlas' saying that if not for the rest Hopkins got in the 10th he would have been stopped. I felt Hopkins needed the respite to turn the tide, which he did towards the end of the 10th. Hopkins couldn't find success with the pace the fight was being fought at, so he slowed it down and got a breather and closed the round strong.
He tried the same thing in the 11th and didn't get stopped. He took a few clean shots which didn't move him at all and went back on the offensive.Comment
