This was a pretty entertaining fight and Feliciano had his moments but Tsurkan was just the better boxer and landed more consistently and cleaner. I gotta say that if Feliciano keeps fighting like this, he's gonna have a short career and end up brain damaged...

truth is feliciano actually made cintron look in danger of losing when they fought on the mayorga v. vargas undercard.

for the first couple of rounds at least...

feliciano was nailing cintron pretty well...however down the stretch cintron made some adjustments and eventually got the stop.

tsurkan v. feliciano was pretty brutal last night...punch after punch after punch...no backwards steps; etc...

no real boxing technique...it looked like an old school fight from some illegal fight club in the 30's or 40's...two guys going toe to toe winging power punches the whole time...

feliciano has a chin and heart but doesnt posses much boxing ability/skill or technique.

if he incorporated some technique and defense he'd probably be a lot better.

you cant knock him for his chin and heart though...he took some REAL clean left hooks and straight rights...and other than that flash knockdown early on his chin held up great...

I totally respect Feliciano, he is a warrior. But he really looks alot more like 35 than 25. His speech is slurry, his punches lack zing, and he can't avoid shots at all. He is making Tsurkan look like a slick boxer, when he is not. Tsurkan landed almost 50% of his punches!

Atlas is right, even though he is only 25, he needs a long suspension (at least 180 days) and maybe commissions need to look at not licensing him anymore.
