I really think Yvon Michel (Demers' promoter) thought that Demers could have nice exposure by beating Vera who was pretty known in the States. I meant he should have thrown one earlier, when Luis was more defensive. now, the dude was attacking all the time, he should have tried it around like rd 3 or 4. By the time he tried, he was slow and getting hit from all angles

Not really, around rd 3, Luis was standing there and he was wide open for it. He became really offensive in the last 2 rds and then Valdez started to break.
