That was a step up for Mitchell in opposition so that was decently promising, they should go slow with him (which they appear to be doing) but the dude is in shape and appears to stay in shape since he always weighs around the same.

27 is kind of young for a heavy also so maybe he could develop.

Hey Ross Purrity went the distance with Tommy Morrison and survived Corrie Sanders bombs for 12 rounds coming from a football background.

He dropped Morrison too .
