Teddy Atlas is king of the 10-10 Rounds.

Anytime a fighter who he is biased for (in this case Peterson) he will give it 10-10 when his fighter loses the round to make it seem like it was close.

Check every week he has 10-10 a few times in each card, and each time it was the round that the guy who he was biased for lost, but instead of giving other guy 10-9 he gives it 10-10.
