My guess the lack of pay and cautious managers and the lack of pay is why no one really that good wants to be involved in this format if you have a semi-established prospect do you put him in these short fights even if he'd mop up they probably don't want to even chance it.

So you get a couple solid guys and a bunch of fill ins.

Vito looked a little better toward the end. Maybe he might improve as he goes. That is a big "maybe" though.
