Szpilka got hurt by a shot and tried to hold then went down from a bodyshot.

I dont know what is wrong with him he is moving well, throwing uppercuts, hooks, straight punches and then all of the sudden he gets dropped, Szpilka is only 24 can he develop a better defense? Or is it only becouse he likes to trade punches?
