Yes, but that fighter Charlo was winning on my scorecard atleast. But the mexican fighter put up a fight, and that stoppage was not necessary. That ref is a lying sack of **** and he didn't see anything wrong with the fighters eyes, he was paying attention to the leg movements. Big whoop, his legs wobbled from a big punch.
