I doubt Vernon would be big enough to win to be honest.

Pavlik has the work rate, and the size. All Forrest could possibly do is outbox him from the outside, but I'm not sure if he can at his elderly age.

It makes me sad to say, since Vernon is my favorite, and I don't think very much of Kelly, but even someone who is overrated should be able to beat people from the division below him.

Forrest was a very good fighter, but his time has long passed. It seems like a joke to even ask this question.

I love when people berate me for asking a hypothetical, like this fight. Are you really that upset I'm just wondering if a few people think forrest could win, and why? It was a good enough question that 14 people already took the time to answer, even though it's been up all of 5 minutes

Complete lack of variety in his attack is the reason he is overrated. When someone figures out how to stop his 1-2, he is ****ed.

I do think he is the clear king of the middleweight divison right now, but I think Wright beats him.

But considering how many people think he is a viable opponent for Joe Calzaghe lets me know that he is vastly overrated.

I really do think that would be the story of the fight and nothing more.

I doubt Pavlik KOs him either. Forrest has a pretty good chin... only a Mayorga flush shot really hurt him, which is a bomb that almost no one could deal with.
