Cotto gets his KO's by an accumulation of punches. Cintron can knock a guy out with one punch. Cintron hits a lot harder but Cotto is by far the better fighter.

Exactly. Kermit has one punch power, Cotto doesn't. But Kermit's power can be minimized, kinda like Kostya Tszyu, when you smother him because he needs extention to do damage. Cotto is more of a slasher. He can cut and rearrange your face with short punches.
