Whats this thread got to do with Calzaghe? Mundines resume is poor, he beats bums and loses to semi-good fighters. He stepped up once to A-level and got practicly shutout on a survival mission, Kessler was only 70% that night too.

After 7 years as a pro Calzaghe was unbeaten and had beat two former world champions (Eubank and Reid) who were both rated in the top 5 of 168. After 7 years in the sport Mundine has lost to a paper champion and 2 C level fighters.

When talking about Mundine one would be foolish to even bring records into the debate.

I'm not comparing Mundine's resume to anything, a TKO in 8th or 9th by him just taking Winky's straight punches to the face over and over again. There not on the same level of fighter and will never happen so doesn't matter. I want to see Winky-Kessler or Winky-Miranda. Both of those fights if won by Winky sets up a fight in 2009 with Pavlik.

Mundine will never get in the ring with Winky. And Calzaghe for that matter would never get in the ring with Winky. Fighters realize that theres no chance of knocking him out and its a tough fight. If you give Winky the chance and he wins than you ruin it for the whole division because you are the reason he's back in the picture. As of now everybody can just ignore Winky. But he doesn't want to fight a C level fighter, I hoped that Andy Lee would get put in the same ring as Winky and get exposed but its a shame it happened when Andy Lee wasn't facing Emanual Steward's punches. I laugh when thinking of all the **** that spews from Steward's mouth. Winky will fight Kessler and win a decision on his turf. This is the fight that needs to happen and soon.
