too early to say. oscar still has 2 fights ahead of him (well one, 2 if anyone is taking forbes serious) and cotto has to get through margarito first

I think Cotto is too much and his style suits the current version of Oscar , I can actually see Oscar getting beat up in this , a few years ago maybe a different story .

prime for prime it goes the same way as vargas-delahoya.

now? cotto probably wears down the golden boy. i don't think he ko's oscar. oscar's chin is very durable but i can see him wear oscar out with body shots and beat up his pretty face pretty good.

my opinion on if this fight could happen? if cotto beats antonio. i see cotto-de la hoya before cotto-mayweather. i'd bet anything that there's 50/50 chance that after floyd-oscar 2 that floyd rematches ricky and oscar fights his last fight against miguel.

if floyd rematches ricky it would be a pityfull sight. i like the prospects of mayweather-cotto. floyd will take notice after that fight, and will put his finger on it.
it would be especially easy fight for cotto to prepare. he knows that oscar was kod by a hopkins bodyshot. it puts a smile on cotto's face because it gives him an easy homework assignment. watching the 9th round of hopkins fight gives miguel an erection. he wants cotto's liver, with some fava beans and and a nice chianti.

I want to see what he has left against Forbes but judging from the Mayweather performance, I think he has an OK chance.

Oscar also announced he wanted to fight Hatton when it looked like Floyd Hatton was being made , now with all the talk of Cotto Mayweather , Oscar comes out with I want Cotto ,,,, could be a good sign that Floyd Cotto happens

i assume this fight is gonna be at light middleweight where i fear that cotto is gonan get cought with a left hook and that'll be the end of it early, if not though maybe some of that bodywork can get to the old man and..........
