I liked that dude. Where the **** did he go? There was a year or two where I stopped watching boxing and Prince Naseem disappeared - Golota lost his mind and Michael Grant got swalloed up by the Bermuda Triangle I'm guessing?

Teddy Atlas threw him in with Lennox Lewis wasy too soon and shot his confidence. He was never the same after that. I think he was knocked out by someone else right after Lewis dropped him and looks **** in the process. If Atlas hadnt been so eager for a champ so fast maybe Grant would still be around. Didnt Teddy yell at him in the ring after he lost as well?

He was in the corner when Grant lost to Guinn. Not sure about the McCline fight, which came between the losses to Lewis and Guinn.

Are you sure? Im almost 100% that I remember Teddy in his corner for the Lewis fight. Then he ripped on Grant in the ring after the fight and the commentators couldnt believe it.

Grant was with Don Turner for the Lewis fight.

Atlas (quite possibly the most overrated trainer in the history of the sport) was with him later. I remember him before a fight embarrassing Grant, yapping about "don't let your insecurity and fear freeze you" with the cameras on. They showed a clip of that on HBO and Manny Steward commented something to the extent of "this is a dangerous game Atlas is playing, like his reputation is messing up his better judgement".

i haven't heard much since he got KO'd by gunn...probably fighting here and there to make ends meet...
