he makes a VERY strong case for top 30 all time i'd say.
you can't deny ODLH's body of work, the guy took on ALL comers.

oscar is one of my favourite fighters, and i cant make a case of him ducking anybody. if in fact he beats both mayweather and cotto, which is doubtfull, ill rank him really high. up there with the greats no doubt.
