Dawson easy , Tarver sits back nowdays and that suits Dawson , cant see any lightheavy out boxing Dawson .

This is true. Considering both are pretty slick, defensive fighters, the edge will probably go to Dawson because of his quickness and athleticism.

The wild card here is Dawson's defense though. Tarver has a damn good left hand if he connects. It is not beyond the realm of possibility that Dawson could have his lights turned out by a Tarver left hand. Also, it is possible that Antonio Tarver blunts enough of Dawson's attack that he could pull out a close decision because he lands more, due to his defense alone.
