floyd is safe either way

there are many people saying that they think the fight will happen or wont happen. but what floyd is doing, is building up a perfect alibi so to to speak

win or loose he wont be blamed for either not taking the cotto fight, or loosing to him. what he's doing now is playing the waiting game. he's a smart little ****sucker

he's stalling for time, getting all these paydays from guys he outmatches for his so called "legacy". now if he doesnt take the fight, his fans, like the ones we got on these forums, wont blame him

if he does take the fight however and looses it, he'll have an excuse to use to say something like: "o well you know, money may is not the same fighter i was a couple of years ago", and people will say you know what, cotto got him when he was out of his prime.

the longer floyd will wait, the better his alibi would get for loosing. either way he'll be clean out of the water, and cotto's victory, if indeed does come out over floyd, will be tarnished. he wont get the full credit that he will deserve

i dont know if it makes sense to you all, but that's what i think he's doing.

either that or he's waiting to see cotto loose or look really really horrible, horrible enough for him to convince himself that he can wax cotto.

whatever it is im getting sick and tired of his bull****.

watch, if the fight does come off and cotto is victorious floyd will never give him the credit. floyd will have an excuse and say he was too old or inactive or whatever other bull**** to take away from miguel's victory. and the worst thing is that if it does happen, people will buy into it. at least his die hard fans will.
