Is Mayweather a Coward or Making Smart Business Moves?

Is Mayweather really waiting for fighters like Cotto and Margarito to build their names to make more money and a better legacy for himself or is he really just ducking fighters that have a good shot of beating him?

Was he a coward when he fought Corralles when he was 33-0???

What about his controversial fight with Castillo...was he a ***** when he rematched him??

What about fighting ODH at 154..with all advantages to Oscar???

What about in his younger days when he was SCREAMING for Zu, Mosley and Oscar to fight him..They all DUCKED HIM.

      Get your facts staright.

              I think he's smart.

If you were in Floyd's shoes what would you do?

From a personal standpoint I can't criticise him.

But then that guy is just piling money on top of money at this point.

I wouldn't want to indict him or give him too much credit on either account, personally. To me he is clearly focused on celebrity and fame.

That's why he wants to be in front of the big crowds. Rematches with De La Hoya, Hatton, and this WWE stuff, ect.

Of course you have to imagine that the unknown factor, the X factor of having never been in the ring with Cotto and Margarito - and the familiarity Floyd has with De La Hoya and Hatton bears significance. So the idea that he knows he can beat these opponents is extremely literal in it's sense. I think Mayweather can beat both Cotto and Margarito but I also believe that Floyd undertands the X factor, and that it can sometimes be lethal. He's got it so good right now.. This is a guy who pinches himself for real. Floyd's greatest fear is all this going away somehow. I don't think he doubts himself, he doubts life - if he's smart he does anyway..

So an Oscar that had lost 2 (arguably 3) of his last 4 fights and with only one fight in more than 2 and a half years, an Oscar NINE years after his peak at #1 p4p, was an extremely risky fight for you? Your standards aren't very high dude.
