Answers Raise More Questions At 175-Pounds

By Jake Donovan - It was supposed to be a month of progress in the light heavyweight division. A thinning of the herd before we proceed to bigger and better matchups in the fall, in hopes of finally declaring a definitive light heavyweight kingpin.

What we instead have is a bigger mess than with which we began. Yet somehow, we may have a clearer path to the top than we originally thought. [details]

Joe C v Roy is the fight I wanna see. I'd pick Joe but man I'd love Roy to whoop him.

Chad Dawson against Calzaghe to unify the titles!! This business of champions fighting retreads has to stop somewhere. Tarver's win only
shows the sad state of affairs in the Lt Heavyweight division. Boxings fan base is getting smaller because of the game turning more from a competitive sport to more of an entertainment business. Big name fighters shot fighters are getting big money while fighters who would destroy them lavish for hardly anything. It started with Dela Hoya now we have Hopkins, Tarver, Roy Jones , Trinadad, Winky Wright and others moving up and down in weight fighting each other for millions while refusing to even concider fighting and in their prime fighters. Like I said is all about entertaiment and not as much about boxing, need a title make one up. Tell the fans over and over it's a superfight and they come in droves at 59.95 each!! Cintron vs Margarito , now that was a fight. Hopkins vs Calzaghe was a wrestling match and guess who made more money.
