Most of those 7 thousand tickets are not from filipino flying in to watch him...they tend to be from Americans, white,black,latino, filipino...And pacman is fighting an unknown guy to casual fans so this is very impressive numbers for a non American from a third world country fighting in las vegas.

Yup, this sums it up. No way in hell Hatton would sell like that in the states with non-Brits. Nobody likes that hit and hold bull**** unless he's your franchise. Pacquiao's style has won over many legions of boxing fans. In a way, he is what boxing is all about and so many hate for him, yet when he's gone, it's going to be a big blow to boxing when one of the most exciting is gone and few that have in them what Manny had will be left.
