    More versatile fighter?

    Which one had more angles to their game? Which one could adapt from style to style like it was nothing better?

    God I love these two. That is why their trilogy had three fights that did not look a bit the same as the other two.

      I think Morales can be put into that sentence in place of Marco. If you don't think Morales could box and slug great as well, you are nuts.

      I think Morales was the better pure boxer than Barrera.

      Barrera was the better brawler/slugger than Morales.

      I do think that Barrera ended up being a better boxer than Morales ended up being as a slugger. That is, Barrera was better at learning the opposite style of the one that he started with.

      It's close though.
