I find the title pound for pound pretty meaningless but based on how this title is supposed to be bestowed on a fighter I'd half to say Mayweather wins the title hands down. Now saying who's the best in a particular weight division in my mind is a different story and should be awarded by fights won in that division. That being said I'd have to say Mayweather can possibly make the claim as best Jr Welterweight but right now Cotto is the best Welterweight since he's earned that title in the ring. Fighting should be retired media stars like Dela Hoya or blown up Jr welterweights don't mean much in my book .
