I would say that Tyson was definately one of the most powerful boxers of all time and he had the best power to speed ratio in boxing history. I would rank him second in all time power right after george foreman.

Tyson's precision and speed and short punches had as much to do with it as his strength. I am assuming by power you mean strength.
