Best thing for a damaged muscle?

I appear to have damaged my Brachialis muscles in my arms somehow.

Not sure how I have done this but it is paining and burning slightly.

What should I do and will it be permenant?

Hot and cold , as hot a water as you can handle for a minute or 2 and out of that bucket into an ice bucket , rotate for as long as 20 minutes twice a day .

If its somewhere you cant dunk , rotate hot towels and ice packs like frozen peas .

          Good luck mate .

Take some anti-inflammatories also like Tylenol to keep swelling and pain in check.

Heroin numbs everything, as far as I can tell.

I'd be goin' to a doctorb. Thankfully I've never had any serious injuries and have avoided that experience. I've most likely jinxed myself and will end up tearing something when I jog tonight.

I'm a certified street pharmacist and I can vouch for this statement!
