Could David Haye give the HW the lift that it needs?

He seems like a very colorfull character, and even though he talks alot of smack, at least he goes in the ring and does his best to back it up. His intentions are to take out whoever is in front of him. None of that pity-pat, pot-shotting your way to a points victory. I like the guy, and hope he comes to the states!

Haye looks to be the Business. But maybe a bit suspect around the wiskers.

Well people seem to be sucking him off at the moment without even fighting any top heavyweight. I hope he is successful though.

          His power is genuinely awesome.

I've seen him fight live and the noise his punches make especially the body shots is sickening

I feel u. Gotta respect ANY fighter who is willing to move up to HW, and take on the best. That's rare nowaday's in this sport.

And it's mega rare coming from a British fighter.

Haye is a ****ing good fighter with loads of potential and will freshen up the Division, but we'll have to wait and see who his next opponent is, and how good the performance is before we see if it gets a lift.....

im excited about david. i know there's a lot of hate towards him. i cant figure out exactly where it's coming from, he is a ****y bastard, and i think that the thompson ko dropped his stock in the eyes of many who now think he wont be able to take shots from heavies. but david in his 200 pound frame looks bigger than some fat heavies fighting today. you could make a case for haye being a big guy with his muscular weight. he's an exciting fighter, and this division needs it now.

I like David but no. By virtue of not being big enough.
