A Marvelous Time for Hopkins to Say Goodbye

It would be similar to what Marvin Hagler did. He lost a SD (which some people felt he won) and retired. I would have liked to see him retire with a win but there's nobody that he could beat that will prove anything. A rematch is pretty much out of the question as Calzaghe has other options at this point.

Does anyone really want to see Hopkins fight Trinidad again? It would be meaningless other than for Hopkins to get one more win before retirement. No offense to Tito or his fans but I really don't think Trinidad could beat Hopkins especially at LHW.

So with Hopkins pretty much out of options, do you think it would be a good time for him to retire?

yea, I think Hopkins will retire. I also read on b-talk that he has retired. Great career. Great story. What more is there to prove? He is an ALL TIME GREAT. Cheers to you Bernard Hopkins.
