This IS the funniest thing to ever happen during a televised fight. This is not open to debate, it must simply be accepted as fact.
Now, for all the haters, I will explain why this is so funny.
1) Irony - It is quite ironic that the self proclaimed "wolf" was bent over and manhandled by a "white boy". For those of you not in the know. Being a "wolf" refers to Hopkins time in prison. In the big house, the wolfs are the guys that go around beating and raping the weaker inmates.
The prison rapist getting ****d. Comedy GOLD.
2) "I ain't never gonna let a white boy beat me" - Yes you are. In fact, you are going to let him **** you! Hilarious! The bully becomes the *****.
3) He dropped to his knees - Honestly, it wouldn't have been half as funny if Hopkins didn't drop to his knees with an "Owe! I just got ****ed in the ass" look on his face. That really made the moment. Wrong time to sell a low blow buddy!
4) The sheer hilarity of Calzaghe - Honestly, even if Calzaghe would have done that "Ride 'm Cowboy" motion in the center of the ring I would have died. The fact that he did it with one hand on Hopkins ass, and the other waving in the air just made it classic.
Alright... the article... literally the funniest thing... ever.
I routinely tell people not to make a fool out of Bernard Hopkins for this very reason.
Being white, I have no doubt 90% of the posters here who think that was the funniest thing ever are white boys in their 20's that were offended by Hopkins use of the word "white boy". In actuality, that was the gayest, ******est thing a 30+ year old man could do in a live fight. Some people never grow up. The fact is, Calz was owned by being KO'd in the first by a 43 year old shell of his old self Hopkins, and never dominated the fight even in the late rounds. What a Joke. He waits until all the champs are over the hill until he gets the balls to come fight them in America. What a looser. Yet he's your hero. LOL!!!!!!!
I'm not white, nor am I in my 20s and I thought it was hilarious considering all of the circumstances.
The fact is, Calz owned by winning the fight and not just one single round.
