    Last night Calzaghe proved?

That he's not half the fighter that Bernard Hopkins was and he never will be. He got dropped and abused by a 43 year old man that was visibly showing the signs of a shot fighter. Hopkins timing was off and he was stumbling all over himself. If Joe couldn't beat that version of Bernard he would have no chance against a young fresh one. Much like Taylor, He will never be rated ahead of Hopkins on the all time list. He may have managed to barley sc**** by a points decision against a shot version but he ain't no BHop! He ain't no Roy Jones either! I don't care what his record says!

I think B-Hop would've won in his prime also. The same thing goes for RJJ.

calzache would have beat a younger hopkins even easier. number one,,,calzache has slowed down a bit himself and hopkins was a more conventional fighter when he was younger. he got hit a lot more and wasnt as awckward and defensive minded. that style would have favored calzache. hopkins of today is like ruiz and just wins fights due to awckwardness. he should retire
