Thats what Oscar needs in his corner, someone who will be forceful and get him on track. Roach and Oscar never clicked, Roach is way to passive. Sr. will make you pay attention and both trainer and fighter know that the jab is the key to victory.

Last night, I was watchinh a spanish language sports show, which spoke on Oscars plans. He wants the floyd fight in Sept. and teh Cotto fight in May of 2009. They also mentioned something about the Floyd fight in california, Staples center. Also mention of 8 oz gloves and a smaller ring for the Mayweather rematch.

I expect Oscar to take Forbes out no later tahn the 6th rd. I am probbaly in the minority, but I really believe he takes it in the fall. The only times when I really thought that Oscar would lose against any opponent was the Hopkins fight.

When i size up the matchup, I feel Oscar can compete with any one he has ever faced, never felt like he was way over his head. The fights in which he has losses, some of which are bad decisions, are primarily Oscar beating himself rather tahn the opponent really beating Oscar with no doubt.

Osacr has also received a lucky call, Felix Sturm.
