Which of these "Old Lions" preformed the best?

Juan Manuel Marquez, Glen Johnson, and Bernard Hopkins all went in the ring with a much younger fighter and with the odds against them. They fought to the end surprising many fans and observers. Unfortunately though, they all lost by split decision. Who preformed the best? Please put your bias aside and use objectivity, explain why you chose who you chose.

for me it's Marquez, but they are all amazing and worthy of praise.

To me it's between Glen Johnson and Marquez but I'll take Glen Johnson because he is 5 years older than Marquez (and 14 years older than Dawson!).

Marquez was fighting just as well against a better opponent though. Lower weight class fighters often age sooner but Marquez is an exception to this rule, his age did not seem to bother him at all.

Hopkins looked atrocious to me but he managed to make it close on the scorecards once again. Hopkins deserves some credit for that but he looked nothing like he did back in his prime unlike the other two.

The Road Warrior was the most impressive. Dawson was way younger and was "THE FUTURE" and taught him a lesson. Johnson made the fight and and threw punches in bunches, not single punches like someone from last night.

              Glen Johnson in a landslide.

Also, in this day and age, I have a big problem calling 34 "an old lion".....Marquez was merely older than his opponent, not old....

I thought the johnson fight was pretty close, it was a harsh decision having said that.

Answering the question, Johnson for me.

JMM is my favorite fighter and I felt like he did a hell of a job against Pac, but Glen Johnson was amazing for the pressure he put on the younger man in Dawson. I still felt he lost the fight, but being 39 and doing what he did made me have even more respect for him.

JMM isnt that old so i wouldnt put him there with Johnson and B-hop, But johnson takes it for me he was just too impressive in his close losing effort against Dawson.
