Because deep down he knows he would lose again?

      It doesn't harm to ask?

Calzaghe would take the rematch in Wales if Roy Jones wasn't around.

Calzaghe worked Hopkins out in 4 rounds. Hopkins would have to sacrifice all of the advantages he gave himself (venue, judges, ref). Fighting a Calzaghe who has figured out the winning formula, in Britain, with British referees and a couple of British judges...it wouldnt even be close. Thats why he didnt ask for a rematch. He'd rather lose and whine than ask for a rematch and lose again.

Nope because Hopkins cannot fake a Knockdown and a lowblow again if they have a rematch since it will be too obvious...

It was close imo but i think Joe would do even better in a rematch.
