How Come everyone is on Calzaghes Case but Pacman does the same thing?

      It's not a technical style, he throws weak shots from angles w/ a high workrate. The art of boxing has evolved over the years, but the end game is still trying to hurt your opponent. Throwing punches that have no chance of doing damage doesn't sit well w/ a lot of people.

        Slapping is a technical style?

        He would be disqualified in the Amateurs punching like that.
        Reason for that is because there is no padding on the inside of the glove.

        The rules are the same in the Pro's.
        There are no padding on the inside of the gloves. Ergo, Calzaghe punches illegally most of the time.

        Using your head every once in awhile.. well, fine.
        PUNCHING illegally all the time, however...

              All in all Calzaghe's style would be best suited for a playground somewhere.. At least on this night, and on occasion.

                Cals style is suited for to 12 year old girls fighting in gym. Come on ow can anyone give this guy props and be a boxing fan. He doesnt even box. He just gets close and throws a lot of slaps. **** JOE!!!!

                  I didn't see this particular fight, but I know how Calzaghe "punches".

                  It's the reason I can't bear to watch his fights. He makes me cringe.

                    that pac fight was a little closer but I was thinking the exact same thing when people were dis***** the ruling of this fight. its human nature people don't want to loose so they ***** bs and downright lie and make excuses to try to be right. **** I have been guily of doing the same thing as have we all.
