This is something I hate about Joe and the reason I dont rate him nowhere near as high as most people on here. Windmilling your arms and hitting gloves and shoulders is not impressive in my book. So what if he throws alot and does fast combos. If they're not connecting clean then they don't matter!

Exactly. Workrate doesn't mean **** if you're not landing punches. I've not even seen the fight yet but i'm quite confident when I watch it in an hour or so i'm not gonna have joe winning as many rounds as everybody has given him. I just don't like his style at all. If he throws 200+ punches a round and hits arms and gloves and then Hopkins throws 30 and lands most of them, Hopkins wins the round, there's no ifs, whats or buts about it. I don't care if Calzaghe is throwing more or seems more aggressive, if the punches dont land, they dont count!!
