He tried to fight, found out he was to shot to really do it, and then he quit. It sucks and I was surprised but I wouldn't call the guy a disgrace.

Unless he suffered an injury, I would call it disgraceful. If someone is taking a beating then I have no problem with them quiting. But Bell was just being outboxed and wasn't hopelessly behind. He doesn't deserve to get a major fight until he redeems himself.

Never seen a fighter quit before that wasn't getting handed a one-sided beatdown or was too injured to continue.

yeah exactly. he was surely losing, but he was doing ok. not a one sided beating or anything. bar injury, it is weak. i have not heard anything in regards to injury.
