He may well win. This fight has always been 50/50 for me. Both these guys have got a hell of a fight on their hands. It's a shame that some people can't see how good Joe really is, that's all.Comment

Why you hopkins fans are in denile. You know hopkins is way to old and slow for Calzaghe. just be real.I'm mean Hokins is alegend and all of that. But Calzaghe is young, too strong, too fast, too aggresive, for Hopkins measure pace. this time he wont be able to control the fight, he is in place for a beating.I'm not hating on hopkins, I like the guy but, calzaghe is tooo much for hopkinsComment

In which fights would you say Hops was under pressure, apart from Jones, Mercado in Ecuador, and his pro debut?Originally posted by d0gg85this isnt even funny...... Joe has never put himself under the pressure a Bernard Hopkins has......... until tonight.
Calzaghe has been under intense pressure at many stages of his career. Eubank, Lacy, Kessler being just three of those times.Last edited by FRKO; 04-19-2008, 01:32 PM.Comment

50,000 Brits depending on you to beat an undefeated fighter in your home country in your 21st title defence is a hell of a lot more pressure than fighting a 154 lbs Winky Wright @ 170.
If Calzaghe lost that Kessler fight he would be lost in the boxing world.Comment

Eastman, Trinidad, Winky to name a few.
You will never find a decent professional boxer who hasn't been under pressure over the course of 50 fights.Comment

Ye, and God said to Enzo: "You will kill you son Joseph. Not by your own hand, nay, but by unheralded claims and attempts to create what has alluded you, and the inability to act as a father should to a son." And as God parted with the elder Calzaghe, the sky cast a dark shadow over the confines of Wales, and bore the words: EXECUTION TIME.
nice one!
