tyson? samuel peter is just as good and exciting right?

chavez? isn't casa vs. campbell already scheduled? oh wait , he wants to fight retired featherweights for more money.

holyfield? toney's a cruiserweight fighting at heavy......real heavy.

pernell? floyd's just as skilled. let's just hope wwe doesn't schedule anymore "fights" for him.

lennox? we have wlad...... remember when we were complaining about lennox? me neither......

some similarities now to the old days......

Your comparing the wrong fighters there.

Chavez - Pacquiao - lighter weight guys tearing **** up and making bigtime noise

Leonard - Mayweather - yes I think Ray was better but Mayweather is doing his thing and has become a huge star.

Holyfield - David Haye - Both undisputed Cruiserweight champs, Haye is moving to Heavyweight this year.

Lennox - Wlad - People hated on Lennox all the time when he was champ, now they wish he was back.

I thought Valuev looked good in his last fight, but all those guys were never the true heavyweight champion of the world. Kind of like when Bruce Seldon,Frank Bruno,Tony Tubbs,Mike Weaver, James "bonecrusher" Smith,Pinklon Thomas, held portions of the heavyweight title.

We all long for the old days, but thats life unfortunately....

maybe i'm closed minded and ignorant but no matter how good nikolay gets i'll always look at him as don king 7'1 sideshow freak.

i think witherspoon beats everyone but wlad right now to be honest with you.
