Hopkins, Calzaghe Easily Make Weight

By Jake Donovan - It was a star-studded stage at Friday’s weigh-in festivities for the “Battle of the Planet” light heavyweight main event between Bernard Hopkins and Joe Calzaghe in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Calzaghe (44-0, 32KO) was the first on the scales. The undefeated linear super middleweight king was well within the light heavyweight limit, clocking in at a ripped 173 lb.

Conditioning never an issue, Hopkins (48-4-1, 32KO) sported his usual ridiculously shredded physique, also weighing in 2 lb. under the light heavyweight limit. [details]
