            But power is useless against a Lamotta chin. Speed is where it is at, changing up your speed can throw off timing.

                  Speed IMO is the single most important facet in fighting.

                  On an am level you can strafe anyone with fast lateral movement and they simply can't see you hitting them. The pros do that on a high level.
