The Daily Record reports that former WBO featherweight champion Scott Harrison is ready to sue the British Boxing Board of Control to obtain his license to fight. Over the last two-years, Harrison has been involved in a whole host of legal issues that led to him spending time in jail, losing his promoter, being stripped of his title and losing his boxing license.
